Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

• End-to-end hiring of academic and non-academic staff.
• Coordination of demo lessons, interviews, and selection processes.
• Workforce planning and onboarding of new staff.

2. HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
• Issue appointment letters, contracts, confirmation letters & service records.
• Ensure timely appraisals and performance management.

3. Compliance & Policies

• Ensure adherence to CBSE norms, statutory compliances, and school policies.
• Maintain documents required for CBSE affiliation and inspection.
• Implement HR policies, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures.

4. Employee Engagement & Development

• Plan induction, orientation, and periodic training sessions.
• Facilitate staff motivation, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to support a positive school culture.

5. Administration Support

• Coordinate with transport, security, housekeeping, and other admin teams.
• Support management in audits, school events, and communication protocols.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
• Experience in school HR preferred
