We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources function, with a primary focus on structured, deadline-driven recruitment and overall team management.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities, with a strong emphasis on building a robust recruitment process that meets the company’s staffing needs. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work with strict timelines, and a passion for developing a productive, disciplined, and positive workplace culture.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (Primary Responsibility)

• Develop and execute a systematic recruitment strategy with clear timelines and milestones.

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles across the organization.

• Coordinate and lead interviews, assessments, and selection processes.

• Maintain a structured recruitment pipeline and track progress for all open positions.

• Build relationships with colleges, training institutes, and industry networks to support talent acquisition.

𝐇𝐑 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

• Oversee daily HR activities, including payroll processing, attendance tracking, and disciplinary procedures.

• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee records, documentation, and HR databases.

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions.

• Monitor and enforce HR policies, company regulations, and code of conduct.

• Support performance management activities and periodic evaluations.

• Address employee grievances and promote a fair, transparent work environment.

𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠

• Guide and support team leaders in HR-related matters.

• Help build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork.

• Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives.

𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA in HR preferred.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in HR management, with direct responsibility for end-to-end recruitment.
• Prior experience in a high-pace, deadline-driven environment is essential.
• Experience in startups or similar industries is an added advantage.
