Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage HR strategies aligned with business goals, including talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, and performance management. Additional responsibilities include developing policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive workplace culture, and handling employee concerns. The role will also involve managing HR records, coordinating training programs, and contributing to long-term workforce planning and development. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Human Resources Management, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations. Experience in policy development, labor law compliance, and implementing HR best practices. Skills in communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. Ability to manage employee onboarding, performance evaluation, and professional development programs. Proficiency in HR data management and familiarity with HR software or tools. Proven organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multi-task effectively. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications like SHRM or PHR are a plus. Experience in the trading or commodities industry is a valuable addition.
