Human Resources Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at our plant in Kala Amb, Distt. Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, and policy implementation. They will manage performance reviews, ensure legal compliance, foster an inclusive workplace culture, and assist in developing employee retention strategies. Managing employee records and driving HR initiatives to align with organizational goals will also be essential responsibilities.
