Job Description

Job Overview:
As an HR Manager for a company with branches in different cities, your role will encompass managing HR functions across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in policies, talent management, and employee engagement. You will be responsible for aligning HR practices with business objectives, while catering to the unique needs of each branch and maintaining centralized HR operations.

1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

  • Multi-location Hiring Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for different branches. Coordinate with local hiring managers to meet specific recruitment needs based on the branch's growth plans and project requirements.
  • Standardized Recruitment Process: Ensure a consistent hiring process across all branches, including job postings, interviews, candidate selection, and onboarding. Implement an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for centralized monitoring of hiring activities across cities.
  • Remote and Hybrid Recruitment: Manage recruitment for remote and hybrid work roles, where applicable, leveraging virtual interview processes and digital onboarding.

2. Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Cross-branch Communication: Foster open communication and a unified company culture across all branches. Use digital tools to connect employees from different locations through team-building activities, company-wide meetings, and events.
  • Branch-specific Engagement Initiatives: Develop local employee engagement programs tailored to the needs and preferences of staff at each branch, while maintaining core company values.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address employee concerns at each location, mediating disputes and promoting positive employee relations across different branches.

3. Performance Management:

  • Uniform Performance Evaluation System: Implement a standardized performance management process, ensuring that KPIs and metrics are aligned with company goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Branch-wise Goal Setting: Work with branch managers to set specific performance goals for each branch while ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives. Provide coaching and support for performance improvement.

4. Training and Development:

  • Skill Development Programs: Identify training needs at each branch and coordinate company-wide and branch-specific learning and development programs. Offer technical training, leadership development, and soft skills training to meet the evolving demands of the software industry.
  • Centralized Learning Platforms: Utilize digital learning platforms to offer consistent training programs to employees across all locations, ensuring upskilling and continuous development.

5. Compensation and Benefits:

  • Standardized Compensation Plans: Ensure that compensation, benefits, and bonus structures are competitive and aligned across branches, while accommodating for local market conditions and regulatory requirements.
  • Benefits Management: Administer company-wide benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and stock options, ensuring consistency in offerings across all branches.

6. HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Company-wide Policy Development: Develop and enforce company-wide HR policies, including code of conduct, work-from-home policies, leave policies, and performance management procedures. Ensure that these policies are consistently applied across all branches.
  • Local Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and employment practices specific to each city where the company operates. Stay updated on local HR laws and manage local compliance risks.
  • Data Privacy and Security: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations across all locations, especially for remote employees, safeguarding employee information and sensitive company data.

7. Multi-branch Employee Engagement and Retention:

  • Retention Strategies for Each Branch: Develop employee retention programs tailored to the needs of each branch, ensuring competitive compensation, career growth opportunities, and a positive work environment.
  • Employee Satisfaction Monitoring: Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback from each branch. Implement action plans to address any issues related to employee morale, engagement, and retention.

8. HR Analytics and Reporting:

  • Centralized HR Data Collection: Use HR software and analytics tools to monitor key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment timelines, and employee engagement across all branches.
  • Data-driven Decision-making: Provide reports to senior management on the HR performance of each branch, using data to inform decisions on staffing, retention, and talent development.

9. Cross-branch Leadership and Collaboration:

  • HR Leadership for Branches: Act as a central point of contact for HR operations across all branches. Work closely with branch managers to ensure HR support and leadership in each location.
  • Leadership Development: Identify and develop future leaders in each branch. Ensure career growth opportunities are aligned with the company’s talent management strategy.

10. Remote Work Management:

  • Remote Work Policies: Develop and enforce policies for remote employees working across different cities. Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between remote teams and onsite staff.
  • Monitoring Remote Performance: Implement performance management tools and techniques specifically for remote employees, ensuring that work quality and productivity remain consistent across locations.

11. Travel and Relocation:

  • Relocation Policies: Manage employee relocations between branches, ensuring a smooth transition process, from moving assistance to adjusting to the new work environment.
  • Business Travel Coordination: Oversee travel logistics for employees working on inter-branch projects or assignments, ensuring they comply with company travel policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
