Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Kolkata. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Other day-to-day tasks include developing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and ensuring a positive workplace environment. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have experienced with 10+ years of HR work and has to be MBA or equivalent degree.
• Experience in Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance, HR Policies, and Procedures
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to manage Employee Benefits and Compensation
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or power tools industry is a plus
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
