Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Kheda and should have the previous experience of working in FIBC industry. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and training and development initiatives. Additionally, the role involves implementing HR policies, ensuring adherence to company standards, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Knowledge of Compliance, Labor Laws, and HR Policies
• Performance Management, Goal Setting, and Employee Engagement
• Experience in Training, Development, and Organizational Development
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
• Familiarity with HR software and tools is beneficial
