Qualifications Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding skills Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Workplace Communication Knowledge of Compliance, Labor Laws, and HR Policies Performance Management, Goal Setting, and Employee Engagement Experience in Training, Development, and Organizational Development Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus Familiarity with HR software and tools is beneficial
