Support marketing initiatives such as promotions or seasonal offers in the showroom. Visual Merchandising: Ensure the showroom maintains a high visual standard in line with brand guidelines. Create attractive and thematic displays to showcase new or high-value textiles. Coordinate with marketing for seasonal or promotional displays. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in textile retail/showroom operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of different types of fabrics, textures, and textile applications (apparel, home, industrial). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills. Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
