Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Skills: Strategic thinking and decision-making. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
