Job Title: Sales Executive – Jewellery Showroom Location: Vaishali Nagar Industry: Retail – Jewellery Experience Required: 1–6 Years (Jewellery sales preferred) Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist them in selecting jewellery as per their preferences. Provide product information, pricing, and offers clearly and confidently. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Ensure a clean, well-organized display of jewellery and showroom area. Handle billing and basic inventory updates using POS systems. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. Stay updated on latest jewellery trends, designs, and offers. Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong selling and negotiation abilities Presentable and customer-focused approach Basic computer skills for billing and inventory systems Knowledge of gold, diamond, and lab-grown jewellery (preferred) Working Hours & Benefits: Rotational shifts (as per showroom schedule) Weekly off on weekdays Incentives based on performance Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Work Location: In person
