Jewellry Floor Manger

Role Overview: The Floor Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the showroom floor, leading the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets while maintaining the store's visual and operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise showroom staff and manage shift schedules Ensure smooth customer service and handle escalations Monitor and improve team sales performance Conduct product and sales training for team members Oversee stock arrangement, display, and visual merchandising Coordinate with billing, inventory, and management teams Maintain floor discipline, grooming standards, and SOP compliance Generate sales reports and share insights with senior management Skills Required: Strong leadership and team motivation abilities Customer service excellence and problem-solving skills Sales-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills Familiarity with jewellery products (gold, diamond, lab-grown, etc.) Basic computer knowledge (POS/billing/inventory systems) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Work Location: In person
