Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboarding.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and design hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals).
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and leadership roles.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization’s visibility in the talent market.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Track, analyze, and report hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.


Onboarding & Employee Integration

  • Design and oversee a structured onboarding process to ensure smooth assimilation of new hires.
  • Coordinate induction programs, cultural orientation, and role-specific training in collaboration with HR Business Partners and functional managers.
  • Monitor early-stage employee engagement and retention through feedback and check-ins.
  • Ensure all joining formalities, documentation, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time.


Offboarding & Exit Management

  • Manage the offboarding process, including resignations, retirements, and separations.
  • Conduct and analyze exit interviews to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth clearance of final settlements, benefits processing, and return of company assets.
  • Partner with stakeholders to safeguard knowledge transfer and minimize attrition-related disruptions.


HR Lifecycle & Collaboration

  • Support HR lifecycle activities beyond recruitment, including performance management, internal mobility, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with HR teams on employee engagement initiatives, career development programs, and retention strategies.
  • Provide insights on workforce trends to align hiring and lifecycle initiatives with business priorities.
  • Ensure all employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, development, transfers, exits) are compliant with HR policies, legal, and regulatory standards.


Qualifications & Skills
  • MBA/PG in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS/HRMS platforms and job portals.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
