Liaises with manning agents to get nominations for the required slots and forwards them after screening to the Vessel Managers/Clients for approval. Ensures relievers are planned for the staff in time and verifies crew qualifications/documentation prior to joining. Creates, updates, and uploads crew personal files and records. Plans, coordinates, and executes crew change for Company's vessels. Handles vessel accounts related tasks including processing of invoices, checking of monthly accounts, Crew Payroll, Master’s Cash account, arrange cash advance etc. Arranges and co-ordinates crew briefing as per company policy. Handles all PNI cases to compile and collate the cost and documentation. Handles visas and ensures legislation of crew certification are adhered to. Handles flag state application and requirements. Ensures efficiency of crewing functions such as crew changes, crew sourcing, recruitment, and retention. Ensures the crewing functions are executed in compliance with the company SMS. Ensures crewing operations are in full compliance with the laws and regulations within the countries that we operate as well as the requirements of the charters.
