Executive/Senior Executive, IT

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end support to shore and vessel users, resolving hardware, software, and system-related tickets. You will perform routine maintenance to prevent issues, respond promptly to critical alerts, and manage Level 13 escalations, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders. Additionally, you will maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, procedures, and issue resolutions to ensure continuity and knowledge transfer. Providing training to users and IT staff, developing user guides, and support materials to promote effective learning and system adoption will also be a part of your role. - Resolve hardware, software, and system-related tickets for shore and vessel users - Perform routine maintenance to prevent issues and respond promptly to critical alerts - Manage Level 13 escalations with timely resolution and clear communication - Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, procedures, and issue resolutions - Provide training to users and IT staff, develop user guides, and support materials To qualify for this role, you should have: - A degree or diploma in IT, computer science, or similar field - Certifications in Azure, MCSA/MCSE, Sharepoint, ITIL Foundation, and CCNA - A minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT role - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment as a team - Highly organized with attention to detail and an excellent understanding of IT systems and infrastructure - CISSP certification and experience in the maritime industry are preferred - Sufficient mobility to complete equipment installations, cabling, and other setup tasks,
