Job Summary: to support our ISP operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling escalated network issues, ensuring optimal network performance, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating with L3 teams for critical incidents. This role acts as the second line of defense in maintaining service uptime and quality across our network infrastructure.
