Job Description

As a Crewing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of crewing operations for vessels under the company's management. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating the long-term planning of staff on board vessels by liaising with vessels, manning agents, and Vessel Managers/Clients for crew nominations and approvals - Planning and executing crew changes, verifying crew qualifications, and ensuring timely relievers for staff - Managing crew personal files, records, visas, flag state applications, and PNI cases - Ensuring crewing functions are compliant with company SMS, laws, regulations, and charter requirements - Monitoring and coordinating crew training programs, appraisal processes, and crew living conditions on vessels - Handling crew briefing, crew sourcing, recruitment, and retention processes - Conducting vessel visits to ensure compliance with the Maritime Labor Convention Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree preferred, Polytechnic diploma in Maritime Studies or Marine Engineering considered - Minimum 5 years of experience in a multinational environment, 3 years in ship management industries - Good negotiating, leadership, communication skills, and ability to manage complex projects - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills - Strong attention to detail, proven track record in producing accurate work, and excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience in team leader or supervisor role in crewing operations - Regular international travel, ability to work under pressure, and maintain a home internet connection for work outside office hours Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
