About Us:

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  and talent acquisition for diverse roles.
• Oversee

  onboarding & offboarding processes

  , ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management.
• Handle

  payroll, salaries, PF, ESIC

  , and statutory compliances.
• Conduct

  performance appraisals

  , track attendance, and manage HRMS tools (Keka/Zoho).
• Drive

  employee engagement initiatives

  , grievance handling, and team events.
• Execute

  exit formalities

  in a professional and timely manner.
• Act as a

  strategic HR partner

  to management while being approachable to employees.
• Organize

  employee engagement events

  and foster a positive work culture.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 4–7 years of strong experience

  in HR Generalist, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition.
• Prior

  experience in Real Estate HR

  will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and employee-handling skills.
• Strong organizational ability with a track record of timely delivery.
• Hands-on knowledge of HRMS platforms (

  Keka, Zoho

  ) preferred.
