About the Role:

Pre-Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls and inquiries
• Engage with prospective buyers, understand their requirements, and provide tailored project details
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
• Maintain and update client databases (CRM)
• Ensure timely follow-ups to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve pre-sales targets

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer orientation with a persuasive approach
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Prior experience in real estate pre-sales or customer-facing roles is an added advantage
• 2 - 3 years of prior work experience as a Pre - Sales Executive in residential real estates.
