Position: Senior HR / Recruitment Manager – Healthcare

Location: Kukatpally

Experience: 7–10 Years

We are hiring a Senior HR / Recruitment Manager with strong expertise in healthcare recruitment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in hiring doctors, senior leadership positions, or university talent, along with solid knowledge of payroll, HR policies, job descriptions, and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for doctors, leadership, and university hiring.
• Manage payroll, HR operations, and compliance with statutory regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
• Prepare and update job descriptions across functions.
• Partner with management to meet organizational talent needs.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of relevant HR/recruitment experience in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of university hiring and healthcare industry standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
