Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Navi Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. Responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, handling payroll and benefits, and aligning workforce development with organizational goals. The role also involves maintaining strong communication with leadership and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in talent acquisition, onboarding, and recruitment strategies
• Experience in employee engagement, training & development, and performance management
• Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse teams
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities for strategic decision-making
• Proficiency in HR tools, systems, and payroll software
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the food or manufacturing industry is a plus
