Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals, ensuring smooth HR operations across recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, compliance, and training & development.
This role requires a hands-on professional with a strong understanding of HR functions in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment and the ability to work closely with leadership to build a strong organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and field roles.
Partner with department heads to identify manpower requirements and source top talent.
Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and onboard new hires effectively.
2. Payroll & HR Operations
Oversee monthly payroll processing, attendance management, and leave records.
Manage HR documentation including offers, appraisals, and statutory compliance.
3. Employee Engagement & Retention
Design and execute engagement activities to promote a positive work culture.
Conduct employee feedback surveys and implement improvement plans.
Resolve employee relations issues with fairness and confidentiality.
4. Compliance & Policy Management
Maintain compliance with all statutory and legal HR requirements.
Draft, update, and enforce HR policies
Coordinate internal and external HR audits.
5. Training & Development
Identify training needs through performance reviews and manager feedback.
Develop and deliver training programs for technical and soft skills.
Track employee development and maintain training records.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of HR laws, payroll, and compliance in the Preferably in pharma sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any other field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
Hands-on experience with HRMS/payroll systems and MS Office Suite.
