Role & responsibilities 1) Exposure to handling admin function like Housekeeping, Pest Control, Transportation, Security, Pantry. 2) Manage office supplies and stationery stock; place orders when required. 3) Assist in coordinating with vendors for courier, transport, housekeeping, and maintenance services. 4) Maintain records of office expenses, vendor bills, and service reports. Preferred candidate profile 1) Minimum 1-3 Years of Work Experience in Admin Operation. 2) Coordination with Custom authority for ID Cards, Visitors permissions, Vehicle permission. 3) Focus on quick and effective resolution of emergencies. 4) Experience in SAP would be an added advantage
