Key Responsibilities

  • Lead

    end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction

    processes to attract and integrate top talent.
  • Design and execute

    employee engagement and retention initiatives

    to nurture a positive, high-performance culture.
  • Manage the

    performance appraisal cycle

    including KPI/KRA design, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations.
  • Identify

    skill gaps

    and drive

    training & development programs

    to strengthen workforce capabilities.
  • Oversee day-to-day

    HR operations

    including attendance tracking, HRIS management, and accurate employee records.
  • Ensure

    compliance

    with labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal audit requirements.
  • Draft, review, and update

    HR policies and procedures

    to align with evolving business needs and industry best practices.
  • Partner with leadership on

    HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational change management

    .
  • Serve as a trusted advisor in handling

    employee relations, grievance resolution

    , and workplace conflicts with fairness and confidentiality.
  • Drive

    campus recruitment initiatives

    to build a strong future talent pipeline.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR generalist experience covering recruitment, engagement, performance management, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and Indian labor laws.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS systems.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential matters.
