We’re building a YouTube channel from the ground up and need someone who can run the whole content engine—research, writing, growth loops, and community. If you learn fast and like figuring things out in public, this is for you. What you’ll own · Content direction – set pillars, publish schedule, and the numbers that matter. · Topic & data – surface ideas worth 30-90 minutes and write scripts with tight hooks. · Channel hygiene – titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, A/B tests. · Numbers & loops – pull YouTube Studio and GA4 data, spot what’s working, fix what’s not, report weekly. · Community – replies, polls, AMAs, and slicing long videos into Shorts and social posts. · Collabs – line up guest founders, cross-posts, and early sponsor fits. · Smooth ops – work with the video/design teammate so every episode ships on time. What makes you a fit · 1–3 years driving growth or content on YouTube · Write clear, tight copy that turns data into stories. · Hands-on with YouTube SEO and retention tactics. · Comfortable in YouTube Studio, VidIQ/Tubebuddy, GA4, and Sheets. · Startup bias: pick up new skills, juggle tasks, ship quick. Bonus points · Basic editing/design skills for quick fixes. · Experience closing sponsorships, affiliates, or other rev streams. Where this can go Grow into Head of Content & Revenue as the channel scales. Compensation Rs.40k/month to Rs. 80k/month
