As we expand our footprint in the Indian market, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Role Overview As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for Microsoft solutions in the Indian market. Your focus will be on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central, Sales, Finance & Operations), Microsoft 365, and Azure services. Key Responsibilities · Generate new business opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft cloud offerings across various industries. · Engage with CXOs, IT heads, and functional leaders to understand their business challenges and position relevant Microsoft-based solutions. · Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and report on forecasts, pipeline status, and key metrics. · Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, and Microsoft partner teams to deliver value-driven proposals and RFP responses. · Develop and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft, GSIs/SIs, and other ecosystem partners. · Lead first-level product presentations and solution discussions with prospects. Desired Candidate Profile · 5–7 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development, preferably with a focus on Microsoft technologies. · Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM), Azure, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. · Proven success in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in the mid-market or SMB space. · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills. · Ability to understand client pain points and propose aligned technology solutions. · Highly self-driven with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
