Job Description You will be joining KJS Jewellers Private Limited in Salem as a full-time Human Resources Manager. Your role will involve overseeing all HR functions, managing recruitment, employee relations, and training and development programs. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive work environment.
