Job Description

Job Summary:

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments.
Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top talent.
Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth employee integration.

Performance Management & Development

Design and implement performance appraisal systems (KPI/OKR-based).
Support managers in conducting appraisals and performance improvement plans.
Identify training and development needs; coordinate learning programs.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
Address employee grievances and ensure fair resolution of issues.
Conduct regular HR connects, surveys, and team-building activities.

HR Policies & Compliance

Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

Compensation & Benefits

Administer payroll in coordination with the finance team.
Conduct salary benchmarking and manage annual increments.
Manage benefits programs and ensure timely renewals.

Strategic HR Planning

Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
Drive diversity, inclusion, and workforce planning initiatives.
Use HR analytics to report on turnover, engagement, and talent metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong understanding of HRMS platforms (Zoho People, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
