HR (HR, Facility & Risk) Manager

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth workplace operations, employee welfare, compliance, and infrastructure management. If you’re someone who thrives in a structured, people-oriented, and compliance-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee employee attendance, payroll, and HR documentation

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training programs

• Maintain compliance with labour laws and social/technical audits (Sedex, SA8000, ISO, FSC, etc.)

• Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace safety & there accountability.

• Supervise factory maintenance, hygiene, and company asset management

• Liaise with government departments for certifications, permissions, and NOCs

• Conduct risk assessments, safety drills, and first-aid preparedness

• Plan and monitor infrastructure development and maintenance

Ideal Candidate:

A detail-oriented professional with strong people management, compliance knowledge, and facility oversight experience.
