Employment Type:Full-Time Salary:₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month + Sales-Based Incentives + Travel Allowance Role Overview: We are looking for proactive and result-driven District Sales Officers (DSOs) to expand our bread distribution network across various districts in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for appointing and managing distributors, hawkers, resellers and commission agents, ensuring availability of short shelf-life products like breads, buns, cupcakes, and rusk, and driving daily primary and secondary sales. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and appoint channel partners (distributors, wholesalers, commission agents) in assigned district. * Ensure primary billing to distributors and daily secondary sales through market agents. * Train and support distributor sales staff, hawkers, and auto-distribution agents. * Ensure market coverage of all key retail points (kiranas, bakeries, supermarkets). * Monitor stock rotation, damage control, and freshness compliance for short shelf-life products (3–7 days). * Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and route-wise distribution KPIs. * Coordinate with logistics and operations team for timely delivery and replenishment. * Track competitor activities, pricing, offers, and suggest market actions. * Submit daily market activity reports and sales performance updates. Eligibility Criteria : Experience: 2–4 years in FMCG sales, especially in low shelf-life products like breads, dairy, or beverages. * Preferred Background:Candidates with experience in GT (General Trade) and field sales hiring/management. * Education:Graduate in any discipline. MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage. * Must have good knowledge of local geography and distribution routes in the assigned district. * Should possess a two-wheeler with valid license (TA will be reimbursed).
