Human Resources Manager

As an experienced HR Manager, your role will involve leading and managing human resource operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and compliance functions. You will be responsible for aligning HR strategy with business goals and supporting the scaling of the workforce across manufacturing, sales, and technology sectors. Key Responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across various departments such as sales, marketing, operations, manufacturing, and technology. - Collaborate with department heads to forecast and address manpower needs effectively. - Ensure smooth onboarding processes with proper documentation and cultural alignment. - Implement appraisal processes, goal setting, and performance tracking mechanisms across teams. - Design engagement programs, grievance redressal systems, and strategies to enhance employee satisfaction. - Maintain compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements. - Update and enforce HR policies and code of conduct consistently. - Organize skill-building sessions, leadership development programs, and coordinate with finance for timely salary processing. - Manage HRMS attendance records efficiently. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - 10+ years of experience in an HR generalist or managerial role, preferably in manufacturing or sales-led organizations. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in HR software/tools and data-driven decision-making. Preferred: - Prior experience in agrochemicals, FMCG, or Agritech B2B distribution-based industries. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-stage startup environment.,
