About the Role We are looking for a results-driven and people-focused HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR strategy. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in scaling teams, managing policies, and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring Manage full-cycle recruitment for all departments. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs. Develop recruitment strategies for sourcing top talent via Naukri, LinkedIn, internal referrals, etc. Oversee onboarding, offer negotiations, and documentation. 2. HR Operations & Compliance Manage attendance, payroll input, leave management, and HRMS tools. Implement HR policies, SOPs, and ensure compliance with company and legal standards. Maintain employee records, contracts, and statutory documentation. Handle performance improvement plans (PIP), appraisal cycles, and employee evaluations. 3. Employee Engagement & Culture Lead employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building activities. Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts with professionalism. Ensure smooth communication between management and employees. Build a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment. 4. Training & Development Identify training needs and coordinate skill-development programs. Support career progression, mentorship, and learning pathways for employees. 5. HR Strategy & Leadership Contribute to workforce planning and business strategy decisions. Create data-driven HR reports for leadership (attrition, hiring, performance, etc.). Improve HR efficiency with process automation and best HR practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field. 3–12 years of proven experience in HR management or senior HR roles. Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and statutory compliance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution. Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and teams. Proficiency in HR tools, MS Office, HRMS, and recruitment platforms.
