About the Role


HR Manager


Key Responsibilities


1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for all departments.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
  • Develop recruitment strategies for sourcing top talent via Naukri, LinkedIn, internal referrals, etc.
  • Oversee onboarding, offer negotiations, and documentation.

2. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage attendance, payroll input, leave management, and HRMS tools.
  • Implement HR policies, SOPs, and ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and statutory documentation.
  • Handle performance improvement plans (PIP), appraisal cycles, and employee evaluations.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building activities.
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts with professionalism.
  • Ensure smooth communication between management and employees.
  • Build a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.

4. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate skill-development programs.
  • Support career progression, mentorship, and learning pathways for employees.

5. HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Contribute to workforce planning and business strategy decisions.
  • Create data-driven HR reports for leadership (attrition, hiring, performance, etc.).
  • Improve HR efficiency with process automation and best HR practices.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
  • 3–12 years of proven experience in HR management or senior HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and teams.
  • Proficiency in HR tools, MS Office, HRMS, and recruitment platforms.
