About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and proactive Human Resource & Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day functioning of our organization. This role goes beyond hiring and HR formalities — it requires a leader who can manage operations, ensure seamless execution of administrative processes, monitor workforce efficiency, and maintain discipline across all departments and showroom units.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource Management

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, compliance, and exit processes.
  • Recruitment on demand as per business priorities, including screening, shortlisting, coordination, and joining formalities.
  • Maintain updated employee records, policies, and statutory HR documentation.
  • Handle employee grievances, maintain a healthy work culture, and conduct periodic employee evaluations.

Operations & Administration

  • Manage daily operational activities across the firm and showroom.
  • Create, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all departments and roles.
  • Monitor and ensure discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with showroom team, senior management, and vendors for smooth workflow.

Attendance & Compliance

  • Oversee attendance systems, leaves, time tracking, and punctuality.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, organizational policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure periodic reporting to management on workforce productivity, attendance summaries, and operational bottlenecks.

Performance & Process Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies and streamline processes to improve productivity and accountability.
  • Ensure regular audits of administrative tasks, SOP application, and showroom functioning.
  • Support senior leadership in change management, organizational structuring, and HR planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HR and operations management (experience in real estate, retail, or administrative-heavy environments preferred).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and attendance management systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute tasks independently.
