Job Description

The key responsibilities for this position include: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. - Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from job postings to onboarding. - Maintain a talent pipeline for future business needs. HR Operations & Compliance: - Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring policies and procedures are followed. - Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance with labor laws. - Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues promptly. Relationship Building: - Foster strong working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and business partners. - Collaborate with internal teams to support operational needs and business growth. - Represent the company in HR and business partner meetings. Employee Engagement & Development: - Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture. - Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs. - Support performance management and appraisal processes. This position is full-time and permanent. The preferred education requirement is a Bachelor's degree. The work location is in Panchkula, Haryana. It is an in-person role.,
