Human Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. - Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy. - Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. - Handle basic employee queries related to policies, benefits, and other HR functions. - Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities. - Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed. - Contribute to HR policy development and implementation. Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good organizational and time management abilities. - Fluent in English. In this role, you will be required to work full-time as a Fresher with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
