Human Resource Manager

Job Role: The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Human Resources, including maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and overall HR operations. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to support the company’s growth and culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Employee Records & Documentation Maintain and update all employee records, files, and HR databases. Ensure accuracy of attendance, leaves, salary, and performance data. Manage employee documentation such as appointment letters, NDAs, appraisals, and exit formalities. 2. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (posting jobs, screening, interviewing, and hiring). Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires. Maintain a talent pool for future requirements. 3. HR Policies & Compliance Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.). Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedures. Keep updated on labor laws and ensure organizational compliance. 4. Payroll & Attendance Management Coordinate with the accounts/finance team for payroll processing. Manage attendance records, leave tracking, and related reports. Handle salary revisions and increment documentation. 5. Employee Engagement & Relations Foster a positive and motivating work culture. Plan and execute employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives. Address employee grievances and ensure healthy communication between staff and management. 6. Performance Management Assist department heads in setting and tracking performance goals. Coordinate appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans. 7. Exit & Final Settlement Process Manage resignation, exit interviews, and full & final settlements. Ensure proper documentation and clearance.
