Payroll & Attendance Management Coordinate with the accounts/finance team for payroll processing. Manage attendance records, leave tracking, and related reports. Handle salary revisions and increment documentation. 5. Employee Engagement & Relations Foster a positive and motivating work culture. Plan and execute employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives. Address employee grievances and ensure healthy communication between staff and management. 6. Performance Management Assist department heads in setting and tracking performance goals. Coordinate appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans. 7. Exit & Final Settlement Process Manage resignation, exit interviews, and full & final settlements. Ensure proper documentation and clearance.
