Applicant must have a master's degree in human resources management.
(1) 7-10 years of experience in handling human resource management preferably for export-oriented units (see below);
(2) In-depth knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices, as well as knowledge of HR systems and databases;
(3) Prior experience of handling HR for export-oriented, textile and lifestyle products manufacturing units is desirable.
(1) Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organisation;
(2) Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
(3) Flexible team-player with strong multitasking skills;
(4) Detail oriented;
(5) Excellent written and communication skills in English.
Gross compensation budgeted for the position is attractive and ranges from Rs. 8 to 12 lacs per annum. Please note that the offer made to the selected candidate shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and salary history.
