Position: Quality Control - Inspector Salary: 25000 Education: Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Mechanical Experience: 1+ years of experience in Quality Inspection, preferably in the Sheet Metal industry. Knowing the slitting and blank cutting process is an added advantage. Roles & Responsibilities : 1) Conduct in-process inspections at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards. 2) Perform incoming material inspections and verify supplier quality as per defined specifications. 3) Carry out final inspection before dispatch to ensure customer requirements are met. 4) Maintain and update inspection reports and quality records on a daily basis. 5) Handle and maintain measuring instruments, ensuring proper calibration and usage. 6) Support ISO documentation requirements and assist in maintaining basic ISO procedures. 7) Monitor and sustain 5S implementation on the shop floor. 8) Maintain scrap data records and support analysis for reduction. 9) Participate in Kaizen activities for continual improvement. 10) Coordinate with production and quality teams for quick resolution of quality issues. 11) Adhere to company policies, safety, and quality standards.
