About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic & experienced Call Sales Trainer to upskill our in-house calling team. This role focuses on training tele-sales agents with essential skills to boost conversions, handle objections, and close sales effectively. Key Responsibilities: ๐น Requirement Gathering Training Train agents to identify customer needs & pain points through effective questioning. Conduct mock call sessions for information extraction techniques. ๐น Product Pitch Training Design and deliver engaging product pitch scripts. Ensure team understands product USPs & value propositions. Train on need-based selling approach. ๐น Objection Handling Training Conduct role-plays to practice handling common objections. Train on empathy, confidence & solution-oriented responses. Build a ready reckoner of objection responses. ๐น Negotiation Training Develop agentsโ negotiation skills to handle price-sensitive customers. Teach value-selling & benefits-over-price approach. Reduce unnecessary discount negotiations. ๐น Sales Closure Training Equip team with proven sales closing techniques. Train on recognizing buying signals & timing the closure. Conduct sessions on building urgency & commitment. ๐น Follow-up Training Implement structured follow-up process. Train agents on CRM-based follow-up tracking. Build communication templates for follow-up calls & messages. ๐น Other Responsibilities Regular call audits & feedback to agents. Identify skill gaps & plan refresher trainings. Monitor KPI improvements post-training. Coordinate with Sales Heads for alignment. ๐น Skills Required: Strong knowledge of B2B / B2C sales process. Expertise in objection handling & negotiation.
