  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to address identified needs.
  • Collaborate with various departments to customize training solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee performance, engagement, and career development.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in Learning and Development.
  • Strong background in engineering or manufacturing is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in designing and delivering impactful training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
