Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning & Development Executive located in Kerala, India. The Learning & Development Executive will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training programs for hospital staff. Daily tasks include assessing training needs, preparing educational materials, conducting workshops, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with department heads to ensure training goals align with overall hospital objectives and promoting continuous professional development among staff. Qualifications Experience in Learning & Development, Training, and Talent Management Strong skills in Program Development, Curriculum Design, and Training Delivery Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills Project Management and Organizational skills Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technology Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams Healthcare industry experience is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field Show more Show less
