Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Export Sales & Marketing professional to lead and expand our international business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling capital equipment or engineering solutions or Industrial Machines to overseas markets and will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building global customer relationships, and enhancing our brand presence internationally.

Role & responsibilities

  • International Business Development:

    Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in global markets with a focus on capital equipment machines.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

    Build and nurture long-term relationships with overseas clients and Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

    Define and implement export sales strategies aligned with organizational goals, and ensure achievement of sales targets and profitability.
  • Pricing & Negotiation:

    Prepare competitive commercial offers, negotiate terms, and close deals with international clients.
  • Cross-functional Coordination:

    Liaise with design, production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of export orders.
  • Documentation & Compliance:

    Oversee all export documentation, contracts, LC management, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms.
  • Market Research & Analysis:

    Conduct competitor benchmarking, market trend analysis, and customer requirement mapping to stay ahead in global markets.
  • Representation at Global Events:

    Represent the company in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase product capabilities and generate leads
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to ensure our products remain competitive.
  • Travel extensively to key international markets as required.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education:

    B.E. / B. Tech or MBA in International Business/Marketing is preferred.
  • Location:-

    Ahmedabad or Anand
  • Experience:

    Minimum 5+ years of experience in export sales, specifically in Export Sales & Marketing, preferably in capital equipment, engineering goods, or industrial machinery sector.
  • Proven track record of doing business and managing international accounts.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel international market as per business requirement.

Note: Candidates from any industry machine manufacturing background are welcome to apply, provided they have relevant experience in export sales and marketing.
