Coordinate with the sales team to manage client orders, quotations, and inquiries.
Maintain and update customer records, sales orders, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and follow up on Proforma Invoices, Purchase Orders, and dispatch documents.
Liaise with production and logistics departments to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and post-sales support.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required by the management.
Assist in managing customer feedback, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
