Key Responsibilities: Source and procure raw materials (API) from both domestic and international suppliers. Manage end-to-end procurement process including supplier identification, price negotiation, purchase order creation, and order tracking. Coordinate imports of small-quantity raw materials for R&D purposes, particularly from China and other countries. Ensure timely availability of materials while maintaining cost efficiency and quality compliance. Maintain supplier database and develop strong vendor relationships to ensure reliable supply. Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to understand material requirements and specifications. Handle documentation related to imports such as invoices, packing lists, MSDS, COA, and customs clearance. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company procurement policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field. 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in raw material procurement for the pharmaceutical industry. Hands-on experience with international imports, especially from China. Familiarity with customs clearance procedures and regulatory documentation. Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills. Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
