Job Description

Sales Coordination:

Act as the point of contact between the sales team and internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, production).

MIS & Reporting:

Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain accurate records in the Oracle and MIS systems.
Track sales performance against targets and prepare variance analysis reports.
Provide actionable insights based on sales data to assist management in decision-making.

Data Management:

Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered systems.
Regularly update customer databases and sales records.
Coordinate with IT/MIS teams to ensure system upgrades or fixes are implemented as needed.

Support Functions:

Assist in sales forecasting and budgeting exercises.
Support sales teams with presentations, reports, and client proposals.
Manage documentation for audits, compliance, and internal reviews.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, Bizom, etc.)
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
