Job Description

Sales Coordination:

  • Act as the point of contact between the sales team and internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, production).

MIS & Reporting:

  • Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Oracle and MIS systems.
  • Track sales performance against targets and prepare variance analysis reports.
  • Provide actionable insights based on sales data to assist management in decision-making.

Data Management:

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered systems.
  • Regularly update customer databases and sales records.
  • Coordinate with IT/MIS teams to ensure system upgrades or fixes are implemented as needed.

Support Functions:

  • Assist in sales forecasting and budgeting exercises.
  • Support sales teams with presentations, reports, and client proposals.
  • Manage documentation for audits, compliance, and internal reviews.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, Bizom, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
