 Sales Coordinator to support our B2B Sales and Service teams. The role involves coordinating with customers and internal departments, assisting in quotations and proposals, and ensuring smooth execution of orders and service support.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with Sales and Service teams for preparation of quotations, proposals, presentations, and order documentation

Assist sales teams with technical product details, pricing data, and reporting

Prepare and maintain sales presentations (PPT), proposals, and MIS reports

Coordinate with customers for:

Order status updates

Delivery timelines

Spares requirements

Service and after-sales support

Act as a single point of contact between Sales and internal departments:

Manufacturing

Logistics

Finance

Service

Ensure accuracy of order processing, documentation, and follow-ups

Work on CRM systems (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft / Zoho or equivalent) for order tracking and customer data

Support sales teams in handling Incoterms, payment terms, delivery documentation, and invoicing coordination

Prepare and analyze sales data, reports, and dashboards using Excel

Ensure timely communication and closure of customer queries

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

Engineering Graduate OR

Graduate in Science

Experience:

3 to 5 years of experience in Sales / Service / Marketing Coordination

Prior experience in an Engineering or Manufacturing company (B2B only)

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi

Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel

Hands-on experience with CRM systems (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft / Zoho / equivalent)

Familiarity with Incoterms, payment terms, delivery documentation

Ability to work with technical products, specifications, and data

Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple stakeholders
