As a Training Manager at Oriental Cuisines Pvt Ltd, you will oversee the hospitality training, learning and development, service excellence, and employee performance improvement for our Hotel and Restaurant (QSR) operations in Chennai & Kolkata. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and assess training needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and discussions with managers - Design and deliver hospitality and restaurant training programs for QSR operations - Develop training manuals, SOPs, and learning materials with measurable outcomes - Plan and manage Training Need Analysis (TNA), training calendar, skill matrix, and training budget - Evaluate training effectiveness and improve employee productivity and service quality - Assess staff skills and recommend training for continuous improvement - Drive brand standards, service excellence, and company culture through training - Coordinate with internal trainers, operations teams, and management - Create structured learning and development (L&D) curriculum aligned with business goals - Manage training tools, technology platforms, and learning resources - Stay updated on hospitality training trends and best practices **Key Skills & Competencies:** - Strong experience in Hotel / Restaurant / QSR Training - Expertise in Learning & Development (L&D) and operational training - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to assess and measure staff training effectiveness - Passion for employee development and continuous learning - Innovative and structured training approach **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Training Manager / L&D Manager in Hotel, Restaurant, or QSR industry - Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards - Willingness to travel across locations (Chennai & Kolkata) In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our brands, French Loaf and Sandys, by ensuring that our staff receives top-notch training and development to deliver exceptional service.
