Learning and Development Manager

A Learning and Development (L&D) Manager creates and oversees strategies to grow employee skills, aligning training with company goals to boost performance, engagement, and career progression, involving needs analysis, program design (e-learning, workshops), budget management, LMS administration, and fostering a continuous learning culture. They identify skill gaps, implement diverse learning methods, manage vendors, and use metrics to measure training effectiveness, supporting both individual potential and organizational growth. Core Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Aligning learning initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Needs Analysis: Identifying skill gaps through assessments and conversations.
• Program Design & Delivery: Creating and implementing training (onboarding, leadership, technical) using various methods like workshops, e-learning, coaching.
• Budget & Vendor Management: Overseeing L&D budgets and managing external training providers.
• Technology Management: Managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Performance Tracking: Analyzing effectiveness and reporting on ROI.
• Culture Building: Promoting a continuous learning environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
